Questions parents ask first
What age should a child start at? –
Five is the earliest. Children of five and six begin in the Foundation module, which is slower and more physical. From seven upward they start Level 1 directly. The placement assessment at the demo decides it, not the age on paper.
How long does the whole programme take? +
Ten levels at roughly three months each — about two and a half to three years with normal attendance.
Is the online class as good as the centre? +
Same curriculum, same assessments, same ten-to-one ratio. The physical abacus is couriered to you. Children under seven usually do better in the centre for the first two levels.
What does it cost? +
Fees are charged per level and vary slightly by city. You receive the full fee schedule in writing at the demo, with no registration charge before that.
How much practice is needed at home? +
Ten minutes a day, five days a week. It matters more than the class itself. The portal tracks it so you can see the streak without asking.
