After you book

  1. We call to confirm

    A member of the team confirms your slot and sends the joining details — the address or the class link, and what to bring.

  2. The demo class

    Your child joins a class and works on a real abacus. You are welcome to sit in and watch.

  3. You decide

    Afterwards you get the recommended starting level, the batch timings and the fee schedule in writing. No pressure either way.

Questions parents ask first

Before the demo.

Is the demo class really free?
Yes. Nothing is charged for the demo, and you are under no obligation to enrol afterwards.
What age should my child start at?
Put your child’s age in the form and we will advise the right starting point when we call. The demo itself helps us judge it far better than the age on paper.
Can we do the demo online instead?
Yes — choose “Online class” in the form and we will arrange it. If you are not sure which suits your child, pick “Not sure yet” and we will talk it through.
What does my child need to bring?
Nothing is needed to book. We will tell you exactly what to bring when we confirm the slot.
What does the programme cost?
You receive the current fee schedule in writing when we confirm your slot, so you have it before the demo rather than after it.
How much practice is expected at home?
Regular short practice matters more than long sessions. The student login gives your child extra practice papers and games so the work continues between classes.
